Tempe Bacem
Materials and seasonings needed
Main ingredients
300 gr tempeh, cut to taste
2 bay leaves
1 ginger, radiant finger joint
1 tablespoon of brown sugar comb
1 tablespoon of sour water
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
Sufficient sugar
Salt to taste
300 ml of water
Right amount of oil
Softened seasoning:
3 onion grains
4 cloves garlic
2 candlenut
1 teaspoon of cilantro powder
How to make:
Boil water. Add fine spices, bay leaves, galangal, brown sugar, sour water, sweet soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well.
Add the tempeh, arrange it and flatten it until everything is soaked in seasoning. Cook over low heat until the seasoning is absorbed and the water shrinks. Lift. Let the temperature go down.
Heat the oil. Fry the tempeh until cooked (brown). Don't forget to flip it back so that the tempeh cooks evenly. Lift and drain.
Place the tempe bacem on a serving plate. Serve.
