က်ေနာ္ဒီေန႔ နနက္ခင္း ၉ခြဲ အိပ္ယာထခဲ့တယ္။ညခင္းက ဂိမ္းေဆာ့ထားတဲ့အခ်ိန္ေၾကာင့္ နနက္ခင္း အိပ္ဘဲအိပ္ခ်င္ေနတယ္။ညခင္းက ႐ႈံးခဲ့တဲ့ဂိမ္းစိတ္က တညလုံးေရာ နံနက္ခင္း အာယုံထဲအထိ ဒုကၡေပးေနတယ္။တခုခုဆို စိတ္ထဲမွာ ဆြဲေနတတ္တဲ့ စိတ္က လူးတိုင္းအတြက္ မေကာင္းပါဘူး။အားလုံးဘဲ တခုခုဆို စိတ္ဆြဲတတ္တဲ့အက်င္ေလးေတြ ေဖ်ာက္ၾကပါ။
ဗုဒၶဘာသာအယူမွာဆို စိတ္ဆြဲပီ ေသခဲ့ရင္ ဥပမာ ကိုယ္ရဲ႕သားသမီးကို စိတ္ဆြဲပီေသရင္ မကြၽတ္မလႊတ္ဘဝေတြေရာက္တတ္တယ္။အဲ အဆင့္မေရာက္ခင္းမွာ အုန္းေႏွာက္တစ္ခုလုံးခံစားရတယ္။အမွန္ ဆြဲလမ္းတတ္တဲ့စိတ္က္ိုေပ်ာက္ၾကပါ။
ဆြဲလမ္းစိတ္ကိုေပ်ာက္ဖို႔ တခ်ိဴ႕က တရားထိုင္ၾကတယ္။တခ်ိဴ႕ကေတာ့ သီခ်င္းေလးဖြင့္ၿပီ ခံစားလိုက္ၾကတယ္။အားလုံးဘဲ စိတ္ဆြဲတတ္တဲ့အက်င္႐ွိရင္ ေပ်ာက္ၾကပါလို႔တိုက္တြန္းပါတယ္။
