Peanut sauce chili

This one is very loved by everyone from small children to adults who really like this snack, its name is cilok which means Aci is poked 😊, this snack is made from sago and flour in making it very easy

The ingredients:

1. 1/4 sago
2. 1/4 flour
3. 1/4 chicken fillet
4. Cheese
5. Leeks
6. Flavoring
7. Salt
8. 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
9. Water

How to heat the water until boiling in a separate container input the flour after boiling water input into a container containing flour then knead after that add the sliced leeks and flavoring along with the knead sago again until smooth, blender the chicken fillets according to taste then saute until cooked and dice cheese , after completing the filling, heat the boiling water and add vegetable oil, then form the cilok and add the chicken and cheese after all the forms are put into the boiling water when it is cooked cilok will rise and float then remove and steam for 15 minutes

Make it easy to make it only takes patience and the function of steamed cilok is so that after it cools it remains soft and chewy, I am very happy because my son and husband really like it after they are scrambling to eat it
