Kunafah
Today I do special sweet it's name ( kunafah )
You need:
1 pack of shredded thin dough (500 g).>>>> Kunafa
A cup of milk
1 cream
1 tablespoon flour starch
1 tablespoon sugar
Butter or margarine as desired
For decoration
Cup and half sugar and a glass of water .. The sugar is dissolved in water on the oven to boil and let cool+ Pistachio.
To preparation:
- Mix the cream in a bowl with half the amount of milk and add sugar and stirring.
- Then put the starch in half the amount of milk and stir it and then pour it in the pot and mix it on the fire until the cream becomes somewhat cohesive ... then close the fire and let it cool.
- Pour the kunafah and cut them in a bowl and then pour a little ghee or butter and if you like a little sugar to give it brown.
- Heat the bowl with butter and then add half the amount of kunafah and then the mixture "cream mixture" and then the second half ..
- Place it in the oven and work from the bottom and wait until the color of the violin changes from the bottom and then turn the fire from above.
- Install the liquid that was done in the decor and sprinkle the nuts above it.
