eSteem Mobile is making me feel like a celeb

eSteem mobile this evening is hitting me with message after message about folks following me, reposting me, folks sending me steem, upvoting, and every other type of notification. This is making me feel like a celebrity thats for sure. Is this really what the more popular folks have to deal with?

Constant messages after messages are distracting at first, then it starts to ensure that nobody will look at the messages and ignoring them outright, some might even go as far as to turn them off. This is bad for the app, and any other app that might have constant messages. A good lesson learned tonight for any developers that are getting pounded by all these messages.
