Macam-Macam Tidur

Ada 7 macam tidur:

  1. Tidur orang lalai, yaitu tidur dalam majelis ilmu /zikir
  2. Tidur celaka, yaitu tidur ketika sudah waktu shalat
  3. Tidur laknat, yaitu tidur setelah shubuh
  4. Tidur siksaan, yaitu tidur setelah fajar
  5. Tidur Senang/Rehat, yaitu tidur qailulah (tidur sebelum dhuhur)
  6. Tidur rahmat, yaitu tidur setelah isya
  7. Tidur rugi, yaitu tidur pada malam jum'at.

Tidur yang paling baik adalah tidur sebelum dhuhur, karena pada waktu itu daya tubuh kira lemah, maka disitu perlu rehat, dan akan sehat.
