milkfish
Dear Steemians, meet again with this post, on this occasion I will explain the fish that are often around us, which are often used as food dishes at certain events by the community here, or we can say it has become a habit for the community that this fish will be presented in a special event as a side dish rather than food.
Maybe for Indonesians this fish is no stranger to the people, because these fish are very easy to get either in the fish market or in fish ponds, or in the open sea. The name of this fish is "milkfish" or the Acehnese call the "Muloeuh" fish, these milkfish are originally found in the open sea or often play in shallow seas right on the beach or coastline.
Milkfish can also be livestock by fish farmers who are cultivated by fishermen who live on the beach, the breeding process is also not difficult just to maintain their food regularly, sometimes coastal fishermen when they get small milkfish which are placed in fish ponds to be cultivated.
This milkfish is very tasty and tasty, but the drawback is that there are lots of thorns on the body, the bigger the fish, the bigger the thorns, so in consuming this fish you have to be careful because thorns in the meat can get stuck in the esophagus, but for the people of Aceh already very good at taking thorns that are already on his body.
