Each year, CTI IT Infrastructure Summit always presents the latest technology topics that are predicted to be a trend among industries in the next year.
Raising the theme of "Blockchain: The Next Digital Revolution in Every Industry", the CTI IT Infrastructure Summit features Vice President of Technology (Southeast Asia) Gartner Advisory Jonathan Krause and Fitra Suryanto, Head of Presales Dell EMC Indonesia as keynote speakers.

The seminar discussed more deeply the adoption of blockchain more than Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies between Jonathan Krause, CEO of Bitcoin Indonesia Oscar Darmawan and Head of Operations and Technology of Citibank Indonesia Main Team, and moderated by the head of the Association of Informatics and Computer Universities (Aptikom ) Richardus Eko Indrajit.
In addition to discussing use case blockchain, he continued, CTI IT Infrastructure Summit 2018 also discussed what steps should be taken and the challenges that must be faced so that business professionals can devise appropriate strategies to adopt blockchain for business progress in today's digital ecosystem.

He also added that in order to successfully adopt blockchain, companies need to make various approaches that take into account aspects such as business processes, technology, operations, skills, corporate culture and digital maturity in the company. In addition, businesses also need to consider possible challenges of adoption of blockchain, such as the difficulty of choosing platforms that have not tested reliability given that market blockchain is fairly new, availability of skills, data management, and security.
