Dear all coffee lovers,

Please read this and we hope you will participate in our – World cup in a coffee cup - contest 😊

Expert, as a company has been working in the coffee business for years in Iceland. As some of you might know – Iceland is attending the soccer World Cup, in Russia this summer. The smallest nation ever the qualify, with a population of bare 349.000 people.

For all of us in Iceland – this is monumental and a huge milestone for us, both as a nation and enthusiastic soccer fans.

Therefore, we are releasing this contest with some great prices. Here’s how it goes;

1. We are seeking for three different World Cup inspired coffee cups.
2. Inspired by the games between Iceland and our preliminary adversary’s, Argentina, Nigeria and Croatia
3. Contestants should send in the following;

a. A video showing the making of the coffee cup
b. A still picture of the coffee cup
c. A small story describing the inspiration behind the coffee cup (people, flags, soccer, nations etc)
d) Contestants can send in as many entries / coffee cups as they like.
e) Remember – we are asking for 3 different cups, inspired by the 3 different matches.

All material must be sent to [email protected] – final deadline is June 4th 2018. The winning cups will be announced on each matchday, Iceland - Argentina on June 16th, Iceland – Nigeria on June 22nd and Iceland – Croatia on June 26th 2018.

A jury panel of skilled professional coffee baristas in Iceland will judge the winners – based on;
a) 50% Visuality – how beautiful is the cup
b) 15% Technique – how was the cup made
c) 35% Inspiration behind the cup – why and how?

The winner of each winning cup will receive a Cash prize of USD 500.- paid out immediately after each game has been played.

Total amount of winning prizes being USD 1.500.-

Please note: We reserve the all rights to use all sent material (pictures and videos) as a part of a marketing campaign related to Iceland and the World Cup 2018.
