Udang dan kentang crispy
Ingredients :
1/4 kg udang
1 buah kentang (ukuran besar, potong persegi panjang)
1 buah telur (di kocok)
1 bungkus tepung sajiku
Step :
Ambil 3 sendok makan tepung sajiku dicampur dengan telur (masukinnya dikit dikit sampai kira kira adonannya pas)
Lalu siapkan adonan kering
Celupkan udang Dan Kentang di adonan yang basah lalu ke adonan kering sambil di remas remas lengket tepungnya
