ROTI PANDAN COKLAT
Bahan2x :
245gr tepung cakra ( me : cakra 200gr, segitiga 45gr )
15gr susu bubuk
45gr gula pasir
6gr ragi instant
180ml (1 telur utuh + 20gr whip cream bubuk + susu cair)
30gr butter ( me : margarin )
2gr Garam
Pasta pandan
Pasta coklat
Cara membuat :
Cil pake bread maker..jadi masukkan semua bahan jadi 1..uleni sampai kalis elastis.
Bagi 2 adonan...masing2x beri pasta pandan dan coklat secukupnya...uleni lg sampai rata.
Timbang 25gr utk kedua warna...bulatkan.
Bentuk sesuai selera..utk model ulir cil...ulir panjang tiap warna...satukan seperti ulir kepangan...lalu satukan melingkar.
Letakkan dalam loyang yg sdh dioles minyak.
Diamkan(proofing) sampai mengembang 2x lipat.
Oles dengan susu cair..beri topping sesuai selera.
Panggang suhu 190° selama sek 10mnt utk roti yg kecil dan 15mnt utk loyang besar ( sesuaikan oven masing2x ).
