Yudian Wahyudi, Rector of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, a few moments ago presented the regime as an Expert witness in the HTI lawsuit court for the revocation of his legal entity.

The opinion the regime is trying to build is that the Khilafah fought for by Hizb ut-Tahrir is not the true Khilafah.

The concept of Khilafah that Hizb ut-Tahrir has to offer is Khilafah ala minhajin nubuwah (Khilafah according to the manhaj of the Prophet), or what is practiced by Khulafa ar Rashidah.

Adapaun Khilafah ala minhajin nubuwah is a government that puts the sovereignty of the law on Islamic shari'ah, and gives power to the candidates Caliphs who meet the requirements according syara law '. This is the Khilafah that Hizb ut-Tahrir fights all over the world.

While the Caliph of Donald Trump ala Yudian Wahyudi applied Democracy, put the rule of law on the legislative vote, and give power to people who succeed in the election.
