Many proverbs say that we should be compact like ants. Many things that can prove it such as work together to build a house, store food and so forth.

Today in the area I was drizzling after months of drought. It certainly makes a lot of creatures startled after rain. And the group of ants starts coming out of the ant hole and starts making nests on the ground.

And this ant art makes a nest and if there is food they work together to bring to the shell.
And the picture on the tree is a nest of ants left in the moment kemarou arrived.

The values that can be picked from the ant companion include:

~ Ants teach us about compactness.

~ Ants are small and tricky creatures, but God created them not alone. So are we, though we feel small and easy to step on, believe that we are not alone.

~ The rain is God's grace. If there is no rain today, there is no compactness lesson I can learn. This lesson may not be hit if it is only told in a leadership training exercise or management cohesiveness.
