I really like oil. It's really healthy for our health. And if everyone ate and drank things with fat then people did not have fat and all kinds of diseases in the body but what do people do who do not like oil and all kinds of healthy things and like to eat junk food? For me it is all about conciousness living. I mean being concious about what you are consuming, you either help the body function or blocking it with junkfood, sugar, fluroide etc. I think it all comes to being concious enough to know what is good and bad for us. We have been told many lies, for example that dairy products are healthy for us. I guess this is a different subject and we can discuss it in another post :)
