It's not about stuffing everything on one plate. It looks uninviting because of how it looks and possibly bad taste. Breaking the egg yolk or mixing the sauce from baked beans with fruits and pancakes is just disgusting.
No one wants to eat fruits dipped in egg yolks or sweet pancakes smeared with bean tomato sauce.
The breakfast looks like some sort of hipster invention.
