Espagueti con salsa bechamel tocineta y parmesano
Ingredientes:
½ kilo de espagueti
1 lata de maíz
1 cebolla pequeña
Tocineta
Parmesano
Harina de trigo
Leche
1 cda de mantequilla
Preparación:
Hacemos nuestros espaguetis y lo dejamos al dente luego procedemos a realizar la salsa picamos la cebolla en cuadritos bien pequeñitos ponemos en una sartén la cda de mantequilla la ponemos derretir luego le ponemos la cebolla y la tocineta picada en cuadros y el maíz la dejamos 30 seg y después ponemos la leche y poco a poco vamos incorporando la harina hasta q espese le ponemos sal al gusto. Al momento de servir los espaguetis le ponemos la salsa por encima y luego el queso parmesano y listo a disfrutar...
