Perfecting the token system
We have received tremendous support since the launching of token and dividend system. However, our effort to uplift EPC to the Moon has never stopped. By far, EPC is only good for claiming a share of daily dividend. This somehow forms a loop relationship between volume and dividend. High volume likely to feed a fat daily div pool, and juicy div is going to attract more volume. In bad days, both are likely to go down together if either one of the factors is going down. Instability like this is going to harm the platform in long term.
The system needs an incentive that is independent as a whole new attraction point. And that is what the team is working on for the last couple of weeks. We are going to unleash EPC greatest potential in the coming new release.
Conceptually, token burning and buyback(from house) are vital techniques in promoting token scarcity. But to combine these two concept while complimenting the current gaming flow is easier said than done. We've successfully blended the new elements in a very exciting and rewarding way that we bet no one has ever heard of in the gaming industry!
EPC will be given an actual internal rate against STEEM to replace the abstract value generated from speculation (think how SBD internal pegging system works). The best thing is, the actual rate will be adjusted as token scarcity grows. In other words, the direction EPC rate can go is only UP!
This is huge.
The team is working hard on finishing the last piece of puzzle for EPC token ecosystem. No promise on timeline will be given but one month from now should be a safe guess. Earn more and hold tight your EPC in the pocket before it gets super popular, time is ticking!
Sorry for not disclosing how exactly the new system is going to work, but here is a light dose of what the new interface looks like to cure some curiosities.

Earn EPIC via delegation
Gambling might not the thing for everyone, you can still earn EPIC via delegation. Every 1 SP delegation earns 2 EPC daily. It takes one day for the delegation to be effective in order to receive the dividend, from the moment of delegation. This is the only way to be part of the dividend pool shareholders besides betting.

Will the daily bet contest prize pool of STEEM rewards be linked to daily dividend pool? Do you plan to use the portion of dividend pool for this or would you sponsor that from your own dividend from 40% holdings???

The new prize pool will be coming out from house's pocket and totally independent of external factors whatsoever, else it would loses most of its point from there. Moreover, nothing is ever going dilute daily dividend pool(difference between Opening balance and Closing balance) as it is strictly mean for sharing the pure profit out of game operation. Everyone is welcome to audit on that, it is open on the blockchain.

Good job to developers, more games, and apps will be on steem blockchain as much more it will be strong. Keep doing it. i know also magic dice as game. You should use betting services too on steem blockchain, slots, casino etc...Does it already exist maybe?
Instead of chasing for new games blindly, strengthen the fundamental layer of the system is definitely the correct direction to proceed onward. Give the young platform a try and you shall discover what is the potential within.

It will be, right after this coming major release. We do however recommending playing with Keychain as it provides a better gaming experience and technically safer.

Why people need to create projects which become a basis for betting (for example) or dice games or smart contracts if Steem blockchain has it WHOLE at the beginning and has it on a very perspective level?
