1. Estimated scaling plan for hardware after June 3, 2018 - posted to Steem blockchain.
   With the increase of node traffic, the server will face greater request pressure. At that time, we will expand the cloud server on demand to complete a higher level of load balancing. We plan to adopt AWS cloud server solution (1 for each of the main and standby): x1.32xlarge/128核/1952GiB内存/50TBSSD
   In order to guarantee the stability and fault tolerance of the Block Producers, we will purchase two different cloud service providers in at least two places.
   Establish a complete Block Producers monitoring system, including:
   System status monitoring: monitoring the physical status of the hardware, the load status of the Block Producers, and network status of the Block Producers and Block Producers automated test results, establish performance alerts.
   Block producer monitoring: Monitor the number of blocks, block production speed, the number of transactions, the number of contracts, etc.
   Block Producers event monitoring: Monitoring Block Producers initiate transactions or contracts, verify transactions or contracts, generate blocks, start or stop certain services, establish or disconnect connections, etc.
   Monitor the log of the Block Producers.

1. Position on Dividends (The sharing of Block Producer inflation rewards with unaffiliated voters, AKA "vote buying.")
   We strongly oppose any behavior which is deemed as "Vote buying", based on this stance, we will share our future dividends in two parts:
   30% of the dividends received will be only used for the purpose of securely and stablize the block production, which will requires continues investment for hardware and human resouces update and improvement.
   70% of the dividends received will be only used for the purpose of make EOS90's community become a EOS evangelist. the dividends will be used for stimulate the whole EOS90's community to create and spreading the most valuable basic informtaion and latest community development news related to EOS
