• September 2018 - WORBLI Financial Services Community Development Fund Launch
• November 2018 - WORBLI Financial Services Community Development Fund - Disbursement to “Round 1” selected development projects (community submitted)
• January 2019 - WORBLI Charitable Foundation Launch

Finances

WORBLI will allocate proceeds from Block Producer Rewards as follows - After BP Operating Expenses (Infrastructure, Taxes, Communications, General & Administrative Expenses):

• 60% to WORBLI Financial Services Community Development Fund
• 30% to WORBLI Charitable Foundation
• 10% to be kept as reserve for expansion of future resources needed for BP Cloud computing, software and hardware resources.

Should expenses exceed proceeds, WORBLI will utilize parent company reserves for a period of time to be determined by WORBLI Board of Directors to continue funding for Block Producer Operations

Transparency

WORBLI will publish financial reports on a quarterly basis, beginning with the quarter ending December 31, 2018

(8) Position on Dividends (The sharing of Block Producer inflation rewards with unaffiliated voters, AKA “vote buying.”)

WORBLI will not offer payment to EOS token voters for any reason, including BP elections AND/OR worker proposals

WORBLI will endorse any community supported anti-vote buying proposal, as we will simply not engage in any vote buying practices.
