I think that EOS got to much attention at the ICO. They did it in a very strong way, and the fact that they are running their ICO for another 340 days-ish, are really strange. That they chose this tacktic might have done a bit to make the market unsure of what they are doing.
I will still keep my EOS-tokens and see what will happen, but I would never told anyone else to buy in.
But hey, you still should read their white paper, and figure out if you believe in the tech.
