Steemit made me buy EOS and go mental on it

So this happened to me the last 24 hours :

The start :

Sunday evening 10 PM I'm ready to watch some television before taking a nap. It will be a busy week as Q2 financials will be closed.

I'm browsing on Steemit nothing special. All of a sudden it comes to me I need to buy EOS. I wasn't reading any article I just hit me !!!

I check the rates on Kraken. Damn it already doubled fomo alert ! I throw in a decent amount of money.

You think it would be the end. No I start reaching out to all my friends to go all in. Most of them have no clue how to do it. At that time I started thinking to call my mother. Luckily I didn't.

I convince like 20 people to buy various amounts.

So we all buy at 2,10.

I feel quite OK when the charts go up slowly

Today :

I wake up nothing special. 3 euros. Im happy start to brag around a bit to friends.

I drive to work and I am stuck in traffic jam. I see the charts exploding. Now the real crazyness starts. Fucking 6 euros.

I start calling around. Not clear why.

The rest of the day I just stare at the charts not performing my job. My only topic of conversation is EOS

When people ask me about details of the coin I realize I have no idea

Now :

I just sit here slightly depressed about lost profits. Im still 50 percent up but who cares.

Im sure it was steemit that made me do it :-)
