The story about I was locked 66000 vrs by the coinexmarket exchange

At 15-05-2018， I have  deposited  66616.833851 vrs into coinexmarket exchang.

Next, I have received a email  about  fund desposit :

Your account 0xa9e3c366384c3a5cf507810f05fefc61911188ec is deposited with amount 66616.833851. Perfect！

A few days later, I have received another email about  fund desposit :

Your account 0x9d9223436ddd466fc247e9dbbd20207e640fef58 is deposited with amount 10000000000000 at 04-06-2018.

I logged into my account and found 10000000000000vrs in my wallet. I guess it was an airdrop supported by the coinexmarket exchange, but the trading system recorded an error. I don't know how to deal with it, and I estimate that the coinexmarket exchange can detect it. Then I tried to hang some high-priced sell orders (VRS). Far higher than the market price, it is impossible to deal.

After a few days, I withdrew the sell order and found that my account had negative assets.So I tried to contact the online support and said there was a problem with my account record. The staff said that they will check and deal it. The original way of the coinexmarket exchange  was to lock my account. And then I contacted the staff, there was no response (including online  support, send a letter to support, twitter official account). 

After a few days, the last official telegram group replied that my account has411 negative assets. This is a systematic record error on your exchange. My account has only deposit operations, no trade operations, no withdraw operations.

 It's so easy to check, but the exchange doesn't handle it. I have  said that I got the waiter in the telegraph group, they pulled me black! Pulled me black! Pulled me black!

If you find an error at another exchange, the exchange will reward you, at least thank you. But at coinexmarket, they would lock your account! Lock your account! Lock your account!

At other exchange, email to support email, you will soon receive a reply telling you the progress of the process and estimating how long it will take. But at coinexmarket, email to support email, never responded！ never responded！ never responded！
