How possible is it to retrieve some of the stolen eos? I heard mainnet becomes fully operational once 15% of the total has been staked. We're already at 10%. I'm sure once we get to 15%, the looters would sell off. how do they freeze it, if it isnt retrievable. or at least stake them to the top BPs?
