What do you think is the most important thing about EOS?
The biggest hot spot in the blockchain industry over the past week was EOS. From the very first day of crowdfunding, it was the focus. The break-through of listing was the focus. The sky-rocketing of the next day was the focus. Today, the decline has also become the focus. What will happen next?
During this period, I continued to consult related materials and comments about EOS. In fact, the main content is written around the EOS white paper, and I didn't read the white paper five times. This week, I just met the teacher who laughed, “What is the ultimate problem in life?” I found a useful tool in the column—a knife. When I was doing EOS investment, I repeatedly asked myself what was more important. What is the most important!
This article only represents my personal thoughts. Everyone should always remember the words of the teacher who laughed: "Do not understand, don't buy it." Because investment is risky, you need to be cautious when entering the chain!
Investment is investment
This sentence is particularly suitable for the ICO market, because the ICO project is basically in a stage where there is only one white paper or project. The only basis that can be relied on is the core character of the project and the “Taibu” on the white paper. (EOS is up to the present It's not just white papers. The code has been constantly updated and you can understand it. EOS is a block.one project, and in the team of block.one I only know three people, namely BM (blockchain development genius) and Li Xiaolai (having 6-digit bitcoin, while investing in many successful areas. Blockchain project), Shen Bo (blockchain investment giant). For the two big brothers in China, I would not explain more. In the industry, their stories should all be heard and they don't know much about spending an hour on their own Baidu. For EOS, the biggest controversy is BM. He is a genius of blockchain development and has led many projects. The best known is bitshares and steemit. As many people said, because of BM's own problems, they left the two projects. However, bitshares and steemit are still very successful at present (if you are interested, you can go and download BitShares to experience the experience of the centralized exchange. At least the experience for me is very good. steemit.com has also been popular abroad). These two projects fully illustrate the capabilities of BM. Some people say that there are problems with BM's character. I think about it this way. First of all, EOS may serve as the third large-scale entrepreneurial project of BM in the blockchain. A friend of the VC industry once said to me: The third venture must be cast because he has already failed twice and voted for him. It is safer to vote for others. No matter what mistakes he made, as long as you are forgiven, at least we can clearly know the problems of BM relative to those who first started business. For the first time, you didn't know what problems he had and how big the problem was. Therefore, compared with other people, BM may be more aware of its shortcomings in entrepreneurship and also have valuable experience and experience that others do not have. In this way, the first condition of my investment in EOS was established - the core character BM is a rare entrepreneur.
Finding evidence that a project can succeed
When you believe in the project team, the next step is to further convince yourself why the cows on the white paper can be implemented in the future. Here is some information about the white paper on EOS. These materials can't give you an answer saying that the project will be successful, but it will at least give you some positive opinions and confidence.
1. The following video is a question from BM to V God 3 years ago
Https://v.qq.com/x/page/u0520modd0r.html
After reading the video, we concluded that BM had already had problems with Ethereum at least three years ago, and that V has not yet been resolved today. I believe that BM did not have very good answers to these problems. However, the EOS that BM has to do today is to completely decide these issues. My personal opinion is that at least BM is already at the bottom of my mind.
2. The following two videos are the understanding of a relatively professional technology anchor to EOS. They also tell us more clearly why EOS can achieve millions of transactions per second. There are also principles for implementing various functions. Why EOS project development above is relatively simple compared with Ethereum. There is no Chinese translation of the video. It requires a certain amount of English language ability and will overtake the wall.
Looking for a big coffee
The above two points are actually a preliminary inspection of the project itself. Of course, I see more than this information, and many pieces of information we google. For our non-professional investors, there is one more thing that is important, that is, what big coffee is optimistic about this project. Because experts in each industry or in-depth participants will get some information that we can't get, and their perspective is more comprehensive than ours. So their actions (note that I'm talking about action, not talking to experts) can be a reference to your decision in some sense.
For EOS, the first thing that affected my decision was of course Li Xiaolai, who voted and seemed to have participated in the project. The second is the cooperation between cloud coins and EOS. The cloud coin platform is my personal favorite blockchain asset trading platform. There are not many blockchain assets on the cloud, but there are powerful development teams behind each asset. Unlike some platforms, there are no development teams behind many currencies, and only the speculation team. Another institution may be overlooked by most people. That is, distributed capital is also involved. The founders of distributed capital are Xiao Feng, Shen Bo and Vitalik Buterin. Of course I don't know the cooperation between distributed capital and EOS. Too much detail, all the pictures can only make up for our own brains, but one thing is certain that Vitalik is not very opposed.
Regarding the third point, I would like to add that I am not trying to say that because the bulls are optimistic about or participate in projects that will be successful, I just want to say that they are far more likely than us to be probabilistic. So remind everyone that no matter what good projects do not All IN.
