HelloEOS’ Updates

On September 1, HelloEOS’ "Hello EOS Hello Friends" national roadshow came to a successful end in Chengdu. This is the fifth national event after the meetups in Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen. In this meetup, HelloEOS invited guests from Starteos, IMEOS, FIBOS, BIXIN and EOSpace to discuss EOS ecological construction and development with on-site EOS enthusiasts. The next meetup will be held in Xiamen on September 8.

EOS Mainnet Update

① EOSIO V1.2.3 was released, reducing the additional RAM consumption when calling notified contracts.
②The EOS proxy voting site showed that the account Investwithdifference (investingwad) with the highest proxy services had obtained proxy votes from 936 EOS holders. EOS will become more and more decentralized.

Block.one Updates

① BM responded directly that the B1 team has plans to address the main problems in front of EOS
②#BuiltOnEOSIO reported on Emanate in Sydney that the program determins to bring the music industry to the decentralized era.

③ BM indicated that the upcoming WASM interpreter will double CPU and bandwidth of each token.
④BM responded that once a trusted identity system are set up, 4% inflation may be applied in UBI.

DAPPs’ Updates

①MOREWallet reached cooperation with PrCchain. This means the first EOS Candy Dapp officially launched online.
② FIBOS officially opened the account registration period and the redeem function. For details, please refer to the Fibos mainnet: https://fibos.io/.

③ CPU Emergency, a tool that can rescue an EOS wallet that is locked without a mortgage, launched online.
④ MOREWallet submitted a game, Hidden World OL, to its application. This is the first time that a game-based Dapp has access to a wallet.
⑤ Infinito Wallet released a new version to support all the tokens issued on the EOS.

⑥ Many BPs teamed up to provide a simulated test-net, CryptoKylin Testnet, for EOS developers.
⑦The MORE.Top official website opened the rapid-development mode interface, including Morewallet universal SDK and Standardeoswallet protocol standard.
⑧ Written by the EOS full stack engineer Christophmichel, the new book "Learn EOS Development" was released, with the aim to facilitate developers to create DAPPs on EOS.
⑨ The DAC chain will be released as an EOS sidechain in September.

Security Issue

①EOSBet responded in the mainnet Telegram group that the RAM of its account is consumed by a contract maliciously.
② So far, EOS Core Arbitration Forum (ECAF) has frozen 42 accounts in the blacklist, with the latest emergency frozen account as "wangfuhuahua".

Other Updates

①Workcoin editor: EOS will make the market value of cryptocurrency to a higher level.
②The EOS community had divergent views on how to use the funds of eosio. Some argued it should be destroyed, while the others believed it should be used to benefit the community.
