Is EOS.IO Centralized?
EOS.IO is designed to solve Centralization
There has been much debate as to whether EOS.IO is centralized or decentralized.
EOS.IO moves away from POW blockchain systems where centralization is rewarded. For example in POW electricity and hardware are cheaper bought in bulk and thus these pools are rewarded and have more control in these systems. In contrast EOS will run on Proof of delegated Stake where Block Producers are voted in by the community based on what the community thinks these Block Producers will bring to the EOS.IO community.
What is Decentralization?
To quote Dan Larimer, "True decentralization is the Free market with competition"
For this reason 21 block producers are voted in on the EOS.IO blockchain and the community is free to decide the governance of EOS.IO
Here is a a video released by Block.one explaining why EOS is decentralized.

There is no debate, EOS is not centralized at all.
When this topic is discussed, people merely focus on the block production, EOS takes it even further with the governance and voting system in which ALL token holders participate. That is as decentralized as it gets.
If people want to look at block production as an excuse to say EOS is centralized, then this infographic says it all
Mining pools own the other block chains, not individuals. That is my 2 cents anyway.
Right on brother :)
Nice details man, thanks for sharing that!

Bingo :)
Disclosure: I do like EOS in the beginning, but now not so much. How about you discuss how you're going to address the concerns raised by Weiss?
