EMAC在Medium发文表示将在北京时间8月17日晚上10点与韩国社区进行ZOOM视频会议交流。EMAC在EOS治理培训和教育方面有着广泛的影响力，此次视频会议是应韩国社区联系邀请举办，EMAC 同时也邀请韩国节点参与会议分享交流。
此次会议内容主要是关于EOS社区治理经验的交流，还有关于社区治理方面课程交流和探索EOS仲裁和治理的未来方向。

EMAC posted an article in Medium that it will conduct a ZOOM video conference with the Korean community at 10:00 pm Beijing time on August 17th. EMAC has a wide influence in EOS governance training and education. The video conference was held at the invitation of the Korean community. EMAC also invited Korean BPs to participate in the conference to share and communicate.
The content of the conference is mainly about the exchange of EOS community governance experience, as well as the future direction of community governance and exploring EOS arbitration and governance.

BM在GitHub上提交了关于新的资源代币REX的更多进展。此前BM就曾说过将引入-种新的资源代币REX，用于资源的出租交易；以及引入一种新的交易对EOS/SEOS，该交易对计划引入Bancor机制，并且收取手续费。
BM submitted more progress on the new resource token REX on GitHub. Previously, BM said that he would introduce a new resource token REX for renting resources; and introduce a new transaction to EOS/SEOS (Staked EOS), which introduced the Bancor mechanism for the plan and charged a fee.

Block.one并没有打算持有比例超过10%的EOS；
EOS价格最低跌至30以下，EOS电报群里网友问道，如何从熊市中幸存，BM回复：冬眠。
网友指出EOS增发太多，BM回复，增发只有1%或更少，虽然原本确定每年5%的增发率，但是4%的增发部分是锁定的，实际只有给节点的1%或更少；
网友说4%中的19%可以每月送给随机账户帮助我们度过熊市，BM回复，好的，我先来给这个随机账户投。
有没有什么阻止“中间人”攻击DAPP的安全措施？ BM：我们会防止中间人攻击。他将在伦敦解释如何做到这一点。

a.基金会的董事会不会评判Dapp。但下设的多个工作讨论组中，会有一个工作组负责制定如何判断Dapp或ICO优质、健康的指导标准。这一标准需要清晰、明确且透明，类似于社区在早期如何选择BP；
b.基金会必须对所有的主题保持公正。只有EOS持有者可以设置EOS网络执行政策，基金会扮演了仆人(服务者)的角色。

As for the role and function of EOS Foundation, Thomas made the following 2 points in the telegram group.
a. The Foundation's board of directors will not judge Dapp. However, Guidelines will be made to tosess the quality and health of Dapp or ICO by a working team. This guidelines need to be clear, and transparent, and it is similar to how the community chose BP in the early days;
b. The Foundation must be fair to all topics. Only the EOS holder can set the EOS network enforcement policy, while the Foundation just acts as a servant (server).
