Wen Hao, the Founder of Bitpay: EOS DApp has the possibility of prosperity

First of all, I want to thank Ruixi Wang and Sweety for their hospitable invitation, which is a great honor for me to give an online lecture here. I will share my point of view on EOS based on what Bitpay team has done for EOS system.
Our opinions have been through drastic fluctuation from we just got involved in EOS system, the development of related functions till now.
We put a lot of effort on developing, such as wallet-similar exchange, ETH related work, development work. Considering about that EOS was regarded as the biggest air coin, as it was crowd-funded for one year. During this controversial status of EOS, my partner, Wang Chao, already had several video calls with Brendan Blumer and BM, the CEO and CTO of Block.one respectively, which is the preparation period. According to what our team experienced, it’s safe to say that we contribute a lot to developing EOS system. This was pretty much our initial official communication and interaction with EOS. We attempted to prepare and get involved in the EOS system. In the future, more R&D investment will be executed. But generally speaking, for quite a long time, our team or even the whole industry didn’t have an adequate understanding over EOS system.
You might have checked a report a week ago: the DApps on EOS are more active than them on ETH system and the capital volume on EOS DApps doubles ETH. This is actually an incredible data. Why? You must consider it from blcokchain’s history.
From the 1C0 process to its birth, to its mainchain release, then to the idea of DAPP, it has been 2-3 years, during the time only two DApp can be considered as blooming ones, which are Cryptokitties and Fomo 3D. Think about that, there are only two phenomenal DApps during this time. Although caused the ETH net congestion, it may end up with nowhere if no players in one or two weeks.
This is why blockchain has been criticized. No mater how much we speculate these hundreds or even thousands of types of tokens, there are no landing blockchain projects. This might be the reason that it has been complained although it is under a blooming increase.
For the better activity and more capital volume, how did EOS make it? We must discuss below three reasons:
First, higher TPS;
Second, zero charge for transaction;
Third, but not the least, DApp user experience, such as seamless integration wallet, that our team is concentrating on.
These three reasons make its prosperity possible.
This version of Bitpay will be released tomorrow. EOS holders can enjoy DApp seamlessly, including the recent hot game Master Pixel. We will gradually integrate all these DApps, so users can experience the smooth as much as possible.
More and more users can be involved in EOS system, it can also be easier for DApp developers because of more convenient internet infrastructure. As basic infrastructure is, such as touch screen, CPU, smartphone operation system, are available, more and more people start to put all kinds of applications on it, and it brings benefits for users. This is how the process works.

In summary, our team and I, personally, hold positive attitude on EOS ecosystem and its future. We will release new version of Bitpay tomorrow: Bitpay will connect main DApps on EOS seamlessly and will be improved step by step.
