this article is about to describe EOS block producer voting solutions which we have come across with so far.
BTW: Our mainnet account name = eosgermanybp

First of all let me describe who EOS token holder is and what he can do with his EOS tokens.

EOS Tokens Holder

You must be an EOS Token holder to be able to cast your vote for EOS Germany. You can vote for between one and 30 Block Producers.

1 Token = 30 Votes

• Your vote needs to be re-cast every week (once a month should be enough) in order to avoid vote decay.
• If your votes are not re-cast they will be weighted at 50% after one year.
• You should avoid revealing your private key to anyone and to NEVER enter it into any public system, website or closed-source application.

What to do if you are not an EOS Token Holder?

Should you want to buy EOS tokens you can buy them on one of the following exchanges or via the daily auction until 2nd of June on the EOS website.
Solutions

• EOS Mainnet command line

A voting command line on a system running a full node on the launched EOS Mainnet will become available on June 3th, 2018. Our friends from EOS Canada described the EOSC command line on their Githuband here

• Voting portal

The one which community seems to be talking about the most is the solution from LibertyBlock. To cast your vote and keep your EOS tokens safe we suggest to use Scatter solution rather than entering your private key.

What EOS token holders are voting for?

• The 21 Block Producers with the most votes will win the right to create blocks in the next round of block production
• Block production rounds last 2 minutes and 6 seconds
• There can be different Block Producers on every round
• Voting is a process which starts on 3rd June 2018 and will never end
