EOS set a NEW ICO RECORD - 185 million dollars in 5 days

A few hours ago Block.one announced NEW RECORD of selling EOS token. In just five days it has raised $185 million and breaks the record Bancor which raised nearly $150 million three weeks ago.

By selling all tokens prepared for this (first) distribution (that means 200,000,000 tokens in just 5 days) EOS justified expectations and proved to be one of the hottest ICOs on Ethereum network.

Keep in mind that this is not only good for EOS but also for the future of Ethereum. In other words, in last couple of months, Ethereum has become the place to fund not only for decentralized applications but for other blockchains (note that EOS has its own blockchain). Due to this, etherium is improving its currency functionality and approaches (may be better to say compete with) bitcoin.
