Anything you want, within reason :)

Host a website, run a Steem witness, store files, run a game server (e.g. minecraft) etc.

Our only restrictions are:

Don't do anything illegal
Don't run a TOR Exit Node (relays are fine though).
Don't run an IPFS node in our Germany/Finland region (our DC's firewalls get very upset).
