My Top 5 Innovative/Lucrative ICOs - Aug 2017

in #eos7 years ago (edited)

Would you like to know my Top 5 ICO picks for August 2017? Crypto currencies have been described as the biggest wealth distribution in world history. Let's get in on it!

  • https://www.digipulse.io/company First up is DigiPulse.

  • The problem is if someone dies or loses their memory, the assets will remain dormant. Their business model is subscription based, FIAT or their own coin. Coin will be 50% cheaper. This will benefit the recognition of the coin, thus increasing its price and motivating people to mine it in order to use the service almost for free. The service is able to establish the activity status of the user without any additional input besides the first set up. It is a platform where the user can store information (letters, photos, miscellaneous information), write personal notes and have integrations from various other services (e.g. Coinbase, Bitcoin Core, etc. ). An inheritor is assigned for every “vault” the user creates. The selected inheritor can access it after the original user has been declared deceased. No actual currencies are being stored in the DigiPulse service besides DGP, since the service works by utilising the available integrations with existing wallet providers. It’s a problem that needs solving.

  • https://www.kickico.com/ KickICO. KICKICO is a blockchain-powered crowdfunding 2.0 platform. Sort of like the Kickstarter or Indiegogo of smart contracts, it allows 3 types of fundraising using their platform: ICOs, crowd investing and crowdfunding. They issue KickCoins, In case of pre-ICO and ICO campaigns, backers receive tokens, or cryptocurrency in exchange for their money. However, unlike any other platform, backers on KICKICO always receive one more currency created by the KICKICO - KickCoins. It gives them a double benefit. Therefore, when they support pre-ICO, ICO, or crowdinvesting campaigns, backers receive two currencies at once, which gives them a double benefit, and when they support crowdfunding campaigns, they receive KickCoins, insuring them against the failure of the project. They aim to offer really low fees to attract investors. KickCoins are generated by the smart contract automaticallyy when backers support campaigns that are launched on the platform. It’s already up and running.

  • https://www.spectivvr.com/ Spectiv. Spectiv is a virtual reality streaming company with an interesting business model. They will essentially be the YouTube of VR, and the coin will be used for advertising pay-outs, premium content, purchases and tipping. VR is growing rapidly and will likely be a main stream thing within the next few years. Even if YouTube does adapt, it will gain traction in the meantime.

  • Tap Project https://tapproject.net/ & https://dmarket.io/ 2 for the price of one here guys. Dmarket has some serious players involved in it. Including the founder and CEO of skins.cash, 2nd biggest virtual items marketplace. http://m.igxe.com/ Dmarkets idea is potentially bigger, but they are both looking very strong.

  • https://www.foodcoin.io/ Built on the Ethereum blockchain, architecturally designed to create a global marketplace of food and agricultural products based on our experience with the active 1000 EcoFarms platform. We believe that a wide selection of FoodCoin Ecosystem component tools will be used by the farmers, agricultural equipment manufacturers, farm product processors, food manufacturers, cafes and restaurants, food delivery services, and other consumers and producers of food and related products to reduce transaction costs, achieve greater efficiency and optimize food systems. it should definitively reduce costs, especially waste and redundancy in administration. FoodCoin ecosystem approach will provide instant transparency from soil to shelf, and grocery to gut. Things like this have a future against the global market crash, because people need food.

  • EOS. Surprise! This is a year long ICO guys. Still in development, but with Dan Larimer a proven expert in the field behind it. We may not see substantial gains in this sector for a while, meaning 2018-2019. There are some concerns around it definitely, but general consensus I would say is positive. Their claim to fame is far more transactions per second than Ethereum, which we saw lately was an issue. Ethereum can be upgraded, so it will be interesting to see the winner.
