Hi Eduardo! Great post, the lacking infrastructure, has bothered me quite lately as well. And although late the voting portal initiative is highly important!
@eosiosg has set up a working test-portal for voting, but it seems to be discontinued now.
So the only alternative remaining is the open source solution for voting, that @bfx has announced, if i am not wrong their original ETA is surpassed by now...
You are totally right. I was very exited when I saw the @eosiosg portal and got in touch with them to understand how they did it. It was more of a proof of concept. In the EOSPortal chat, they confirmed they will be making public the github of the project in a couple of days. I invite you to join us there.
