Aussie monarchists celebrate royal baby
Australian royalists have celebrated news Prince William and his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, are expecting their third child.
Kate is less than 12 weeks pregnant, Kensington Palace confirmed on Monday, with the Princess having to pull out of a public engagement due to morning sickness.
An Australian Monarchists spokesman said the league was delighted by the announcement and sent their "warm greetings and congratulations" to the royal couple.
"The Australian Monarchist League is delighted at the announcement that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their third child," monarchist league chair Philip Benwell said.
Kate, who is being cared for at Kensington Palace, is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, as she did in her previous pregnancies.
