Thanks. I was very concerned about the official support's email reply. That's very bad news for people in the USA.
Or the whole blockchain project is run by United States government and they're trying to protect their citizens without allowing them to participate in it :-) who knows? As I've already said it just might be a damn good conspiracy theory. And we cannot know it now we will know it only in the future if it reveals itself. :-)
Well, either way, people would be foolish to believe the governments of the world are not mining. Why wouldn't they be? They have "free" electricity and already have massive computing power...
