No, 200 million tokens were issued in the first window, not 20 million. Which brings the price of one token to around 0,80 USD.
EOS is trading at a premium over at Kraken and Bitfinex, you're still better off participating in the ICO.
The price of the current window is about 0,30 USD per EOS. You can check out EosScan to keep track of the EOS price of all previous and future ICO windows.
Please edit your post to make sure people don't pay to much on the exchanges!
Also: 1 billion tokens will be created, not 100 million.

Thanks. We have to help each other, so hopefully nobody will now think that 8 USD per EOS token is a fair price because they'd end up paying way too much ;)
