When you raise millions of dollars, and your market cap is 1-3bln you need to provide support for investors.

in #eos7 years ago

The EOS communication channels are showing that there are loads of people who have a problem with claiming tokens.

It should be a standard for all ICOs to provide support.

It also shows a significant weakness of Ethereum network ( gas and gas prices ), It's difficult to expect from the average person
to understand how much gas will be used and at what price . We could argue that everything is explained on the site, but sometimes things are just not working. For technical people it is easy to understand what is currently not working, for average Joe is a black box.

If they cannot claim tokens, it spreads a lot of unnecessary FUD.

On telegram, there is one guy not associated with EOS who is doing quite good job explaining everything. But that should be EOS team responsibility.

That should be fixed ASAP.

Sort:

there IS no standard because NONE of them are regulated, they are actually allowed to take all the money and run away at this point

people keep giving these ICOs their money without knowing anything about the company

people gave EOS 100 million dollars in 1 hour, when they legally arent required to give back anything because there are no rules or laws for ICOS
