😇 EOS Angels ~ WEBSITE DESIGN CONTEST #2 / Round #1 Rewards [BeyondBit & EOSBit Prizes Inside]

As our development team moves forward with the EOSAngels project we are getting ready to put out a request for block producers on our upcoming chain. From the beginning I imagined this to be a community-driven project, as with everything I do, therefor I want the community to be a part of the platform design as well.

Thank you to those who helped with the initial design concepts for our Block Producer Application website, your efforts are taking us in the right direction.

This week we want to continue with those designs, have them revised and improved upon to see what the community can come up with - we are also open to new designs if anyone has other ideas.

Once again, this contest will require both design and coding skills to create a finished website template that our dev team can drop in and connect up to our back-end systems. You are more than welcome to team up with other people if you only have design skills, or coding skills and are not able to take on the challenge by yourself.

🏆 Round #1 Design Rewards

To help guide everyone going into round 2, we have provided the team's thoughts and feedback on each. We provide this as an general opinion, but keep in mind we are still open to new ideas if you have them.

@whynot
We feel that the designs submitted by @whynot were a nice improvement on the initial concepts we provided, however we would like to see this design pushed a little further. The split screen design (shown above on the right) is a good approach to to displaying information about EOSAngels on the left side and having the application form on the right side, however it would be cool to see the moving video background of the clouds full screen behind the page while keeping the sample left/right content blocks. With that, the background color and transparency of the form block could be played with to give some different options. The design did carry through nicely to mobile devices.

@jepu
The designs submitted by @jepu took a completely different path than any of our examples and it was nice to see him trying something unique and we applaud that effort. The team's thinking about these designs are they are too 'plain' and do not have enough energy or excitement. We would love to see these design AMP'D UP more, adding in different background images to see what looks best, maybe with a faded look or low transparency. Thank you for taking a chance and trying something different.

🌟 ROUND #2 Mission, should you choose to accept it:

Continue this effort to help us create a content-ready single page website template for the EOSAngles Block Producer Application Form. We are looking for improvements on the design concepts given above as well as any fresh ideas you may have to offer the team.

The page should be complete with graphics AND coding, ready for us to upload and connect to our back-end database systems. Please be creative, but keep the design professional.

📜 Here are the basic guidelines...

1) Create a single page website template with graphics, sliced & diced, coded and ready to post.

2) The design MUST be 'responsive' (ie: bootstrap or similar css) that allows for scaled desktop, tablet, and phone views.

3) The design MUST include the EOSAngel logo supplied below
(Animated GIF or Static PNG - your choice.)

4) The completed template MUST include a form with the application question fields supplied below.

5) Winning Entrant MUST be able to supply the images and html/scripts packed up in zip file for our dev team.

6) Please Upvote AND ReSteem This Post to help spread the word
(afterall, this is a community-building challenge)

7) Create a post with your entry (up to 3), then reply below with a link to your your post, you MUST ALSO put a screen capture of your design in the reply, and your BTS/OL account name in the comments. If you are able to host your live design as a working demo, please add the url to that as well.

What are Beyondbit and EOSBit?

Beyondbit and EOSBit started as a conversations in the BeyondBitcoin hangout series shortly after Steem was launched historically in those very hangouts.
