Eat eggs for weight loss-Research By Oni oluwapelumi

I heard my mum say something about egg which is some kinda news to me because it used to be a different story entirely. From time I had always loved eggs, prefer boiled eggs 🥚 to fried eggs 🍳. Used to buying about a crate from sellers in my kitchen for personal consumption at home 🏡 (parents) and most especially in whenever I resume back to sch. The norms is adults shouldn’t eat eggs and if anyone eats egg 🥚, it should be just one ☝️ per day. I remember while I was trying to gain admission to the higher institution and had to register for a tutorial class, our lecturer then was explaining cholesterol and said in this class discussion that fried eggs are better than boiled as it contains much cholesterol which poses disruption to good health and that even himself , whenever he wants to fry his eggs 🍳, he removes the York before frying to eat. It didn’t really get into my head because I love eggs and basically prefers egg to meat or but not fish especially if it’s Titus, kite, tilapia, etc except saawa 🐟. But about a trial now I have lost weight from what I used to weigh;100kg-78kg. Unconsciously, aside few (blunts I take ), I consume boiled egg 🥚 everyday nonstop even if I wouldn’t eat any other food for the day. So today,I stumbled on this about few minuets ago..... Health

Eat eggs for weight loss-Research
Those with age-long belief that eggs cause high cholesterol and other diseases, should have a change of mind as eggs have been rated as life saver.
No longer considered artery cloggers, we now know that eggs are nutrient-packed and may protect against some chronic diseases. An egg has more than 10 essential nutrients, including iron, vitamin D, zinc, and lutein, and provides six grams of the highest quality protein.
Few foods naturally contain vitamin D and the sunshine vitamin is thought to help protect against a wide range of conditions, including certain cancers, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases.
In fact, one eight-week study found that egg eaters lost 65 per cent more weight compared to dieters who ate a carb-rich bagel breakfast of the same calories, MSN reports.
Other studies show that eggs help to suppress ghrelin, a hormone that stimulates your appetite.
Also relying on fast food for fuel can result in more than just belly fat—it can land you in trouble.
“We usually associate a “bad diet” with belly fat, but there’s a surfeit of serious health issues that are closely linked to nutritional deficiencies.’’ Oni pelumi. BA7A64DC-2EAC-44CD-B380-9140D037D82A.jpeg
