What is Natural Food?

60 years back Men and Women were more stronger than in 2018. What has changed in last 6 decades that we have become so weak. In last 60 years our lives have become faster, we earn more, we spend more, we buy things whicj looks good to our eyes, we buy things recommended by pharma and fmcg companies and its ads, our minds have been continuously washed through television ads day in day out. We have almost lost our traditional knowledge about food. This has happened in country like India as well which is known for its traditional food and culture. As a society we are growing sick due to bad food habbits and lifestyles. Chronic diseases have risen so fast in last 6 decades. Today cancer is spreading to remotest places in India. What has changed in last 6 decades.

Its the food.

Today our food are grown by using Fertilizers and Pesticides. Use of fertilizers and pesticides are uncontrolled in world. Today we dont get food which is naturally grown. All we get is food grown with heavy use of pesticides. Our food is grown on dead soil with the help of Fertilizers. All the chemical residues are coming to our food which ends up in our body causing fatal diseases. Today humus i.e fertility of soil which should be atleast 2% has reduces to 0.2% as per agriculture experts. Unless this fertility comes back to 2% our food is not as healthy as it was 6 decades back. To improve the fertility of soil farmers must practise Natural farming, No till farming. When this is practised, fertiliser and pesticides are not used. A complete natural ecosystem is developed to grow food. In this method fertility of soil improves every year. Hence the food grown is completely natural and 100% healthy. When food is grown in complete natural ecosystem the food harvested is like a Medicine. Such naturally grown food is full of micronutriets which are very essential to human body. A japanese farmer Fukuoka started natural farming revolution in japan. This method is still not adopted by 1% of farmers.. once this is adopted at large scale then we will be more healthy, less sick, less migration will happen, farmers will earn more as they will stop spending on fertilizers and pesticides.
