Hi again 🙂 we can't change the fact if we can't avoid then. You're right about reducing usage of plastics. As for shoe insole, I got mine from, guess where? Correct, Daiso😂 However, the first set didn't work well. The insole started peeling after I wear it few days. The next one, I peeled off the old insole, and use Dunlop adhesive to glue them together and leave it dry for one day. The shoes are working brilliantly again until now, for about 6 months already?
