Bayou Bridge Pipeline protesters' lawsuit against company can proceed, judge rules
The protesters, who were residents of California and Texas at the time of their arrest, were not trespassing but remained in navigable water, the lawsuit says.
Interesting article about pipeline protestors in Louisiana that were arrested, maybe wrongly. The interesting part to me is that the protestors were mostly from out of town. I know that it's a fairly new thing, professional protestors, lol. I'm not really for the pipeline, but I prefer protestors from around the area. Anyway, protest, sue, repeat.....

You have to be hard core to come halfway across the country to protest a pipeline.....
