Cryptoeconomy 📈 – ICOs and Austrian Cryptoenterprises / Key Note Speech & Networking @NeosLab 🔬Vienna
Future Feeling
If you’ve done your in-depth analyses on entrepreneurship, hypocritical startupism and old-economy companies by constantly visiting events, where a new kind of crypto-business community is taking shape in Austria, you immediately get a taste of how an appropriate environment looks like in which plans, hard work, clever systems become reality and bear fruits. On the one hand due to digitalization processes you see tradition-steeped companies miserably dying (you can be sure they’ll never ever get back on their feet again) and on the other hand you can literally hear success growing out of nutrient-rich grounds. Once you’ve grasped into that kind of soil, you’ll know which other people you want to avoid in the future. Keeping your motivation, creativity and drive alive is not as tough as avoiding the wrong people. It can really be a hard time when someone is forced to waste one’s own precious time on world stupidity and at some point, one could literally get pissed off the endless discussions about the untroubled past, the joyful life moments, and the explanations of how such a kind human could become such an outrageous, cold career-driven creature (in their eyes). In the end, the decision is yours whether you want to drive yourself into the ground as a kooky-idiotic lamb or as an asshole in the formidable role of the monster grow out of shitty surroundings. When you’re able to connect with the future, the crypto-elite and promising entrepreneurship of tomorrow and at the same time disconnect with your wrong people, consider yourself as lucky and give the people you belong to a triumphant smile. It will come back to you.

To find the right people outside of Steemit here in Vienna, one must be very careful in his/her decision-making (In which location do I put my brain into? Is it timewasting?) and presumably must be kind of picky in choosing the right events. The third part of the four-part Cryptoeconomy series by Neos (liberal political party in Austria) convinced me this time as one of the rare beacons that invited the right people to the right place at the right time. Whereas the first part focused on the legal framework of cryptocurrencies within the state and relevant authorities, second part was dedicated to govtech, i.e. how the state can utilize efficient technologies/infrastructure and the implementation of blockchain. My favorite part, the third part was addressed to ICOs and emerging crypto-entrepreneurship, esp. the rare promising aspects in Austria. The fourth part will be announced shortly.
Besides listening to the different stories of the establishing crypto-companies, I changed my mind: I highly enjoyed how the term “sandboxes” was brought to life by the participants. As you may know I was quite critical when politicians tried to make use of their concept, and could not in any way convince me of their endeavors. This time with an international comparative perspective it was different. For sure your opinions are also changing when the right people know how to talk to you in appropriate manner. So, what’s your opinion as crypto-entrepreneur when you think of Austria as settlement location for your crypto-business? What are your experiences with relevant agencies, regulators and authorities? The founders mentioned at least the lack of clear messages from the regulators. When negative environment and corset-like tax structure was established, blockchain companies would be the first to leave Austria. What do you think? Does the positive side outweigh the negative one in your case? As you may have seen in the video, opinions differ.
For Daytraders and Bittrex Account Holders
The final networking was very inspiring and I enjoyed very much being among like-minded. Unfortunately, not everyone has the possibility to participate in the system, especially daytraders have to face cutbacks, when it comes to portfolio diversification. If you’re also a lucky winner of already having a Bittrex access, you have a high demand on the account market or portfolio diversification market (call it whatever you want) :P To all my colleagues: Keep up the good work!
Not only bittrex is closing the registrations for now ! Also binance, poloniex and other famous exchanges. I think this is a clear sign that more and more money will come into the market and especially into the altcoins. Also glad to see that NEOS are trying to do something for Austria. Thanks for sharing with us :)
Nice little short read. This group is heading in the right direction. They just stood up and started to lead. Everyone will follow. Awesome.
