Crypto Pump of the Day: Steem Dollars (SBD) - The New Gold Standard for Bitcoin
So recently Steem Dollars got pumped from $1 to $12 worth in Bitcoin! What?! Check it out on Bittrex. They're now even using the Bitcoin logo in place of Steem Dollars! Wow. So much for shifting my cryptos all around for the past few months using sophisticated analysis riding the 10x waves away from home..
I know I've been writing about the awesome power of Steem Power and how great it is for quite some time now. I still think it's greater than great. But lo and behold, the next Bitcoin might actually be Steem Dollars! I've always thought, why would anyone want Steem Dollars if it doesn't holler at all?
Why Steem Dollars if it's theoretically pegged to something that no anarchists need? A superior coin just needs to be pumped forever, like Bitcoin! What are financial markets anyway? Didn't you hear that economists are always wrong about things?
So what's the difference between pumping Steem and Steem Dollars? Why is Steem Dollars on Bittrex valued at $12 at time of writing? I guess it's just easier for pumpers to pump Steem Dollars. There's less Steem Dollars compared to Steem in the market. By pumping this up, productivity of users and network effects go through the roof as the rewards pool becomes larger than the moon!
Expect amazing posts, ICO sales pitches, and referral codes all year round! Take part in communities, communities, and communities. Everybody makes more money and starts inviting more friends. Cash in. Cash Out. Invest in stuff, profit, and Steem it up!
If Bitcoin created a black-hole for fiat, then Steem must have created a blackhole for entertainment. So many nice and great posts. Wholesome activities for the whole family.

Wow, I can see how excited you are because I am excited too. The pump is great enough. Man! I couldn't believe my eyes when I noticed that SBD went over $15! I was like, where is the next stop?!
If SBD stays where it is right now, I am sure that a lot of people will start to spread the word of Steemit. That's because Minnows reward will be multiplied by 5X (If they are getting $20 SBD, that means they are getting $200 USD). That's awesome.
But the question is, will SBD stay at the current level for a long time? or it's just setting its all-time high? That will remain a question till we see the actual movements over the next few weeks.

Hahaha, love it. To think I almost didn't even join this community. That cruise ship better have a well stocked bar, cuz we will all need it to celebrate. Where is the first trip going to? Oh, and we need a couple pools :-)
It’ll go from port to port in all coastal cities around the globe! People need a place to spend their cryptos anyway. A cruiseship with accommodations and project workspaces and well stocked bars and bloggers will work wonders!

If there's merit to this nice theory, why is everyone racing to exchanges to sell their SBD? I've only used mine to power up as my meager rewards come in, but per lots of wallets and posts, it seems like lots are flooding their SBD out of the platform for trading into non-Steem tokens.

I have seen mixed reactions across the community; with some people dumping and other people powering up or hodling
Oh, it's because normally SBD pumps are temporary normally. It usually almost always goes back down to around $0.95 - $1.00. While the price is high, people are just cashing out in case SBD prices go back down.
Yea, but they can easily power up or trade for Steem tokens. You don't have to cash out unless you want to take $ out of Steem.
On Monday, one of my colleagues approached me with the question where I got the cryptocurrency, I told him about steem and was advised to undergo registration, but warned that in the beginning it will be difficult.
The next day he said that he sees no point to register, because his efforts are unlikely to bring profit to him. Well, I didn't bother to persuade him (after all he is just an acquaintance, not a friend).
And who do you think called me yesterday with a question: when they will verify the information that I sent?!
