2 Be One With Your Space
We don't really value how important it is to have our own space, not only to feel safe and comfortable, but to have some power over the context we are in.
Our room, our house, even our backyard says a lot about us. And it has a lot of influence in how we feel about ourselves.

Clothing means a lot for the people we mingle with; first impressions do matter! If you gained weight or don't feel confident enough to wear certain types of clothes, you can either adapt your body to your wardrobe or get new garments for your new self.
Tan France is an English fashion designer, he is here to give you tips on what clothes you should wear and the ones that you should avoid for real.
Are you into saggy pants? Cargo shorts? Forget about hiding behind them and star wearing clothes that represent the real you.
Learn how to adapt to the context, you can't wear the same thing you use to hang around the park on a Sunday afternoon and a special date, let Tan get into your life and let the confidence take over you once and for all.
4 Spoil Your Body
How can we feel good if don't feed properly? When we go through dark times in our life, we forget about eating healthy things and settle with chips and burgers, but that kind of feeding habits will only damage or figure, self-esteem and shorten our life spam.
Antoni Porowski, a canadian food expert, will get into your kitchen and get rid of those unhealthy food bags we storage and will show us that actually eating healthier is not difficult nor boring!

5 Treat Your Self
Just as important as our clothing, personal grooming plays a significant role when starting and mantaining personal relationships.
Taking care of our hair, skin and facial hair (for the men who read this) shows others that we love ourselves and that we actually make an effort to like others.
My personal favorite, Jonathan van Ness, is a hairdresser who focuses on your personal image by giving you a haircut that matches your personality and pampering your skin.
Some people, particularly men, believe that personal grooming is hard or that it takes too long to actually considering making it part of your routine, but it's not!
Jonathan is here to show you that getting the face, the beard and the hair that represent you only takes 5 minutes a day.
Queer Eye is an emotional journey that immerse you into the lives of people like you, who need an extra push to get them back on track.
This show will take you through tough personal rides, you will cry, you will laugh, reflect on stuff you have strong opinions about, and I promise, you won't end an episode without putting some thoughts into how you are dealing with life.
Is not just a reality makeover, it's a game changing show. It offers you guidance, confidence, acceptance, tolerance, help getting out of your comfort zone, how to care, and to finally have the life you always wanted.
