Enjoy the silence
At least two hours per day the person should belong to himself and be at rest. It is also important for mental health and communication. Smooth thinking, self-knowledge and reflection, sometimes just emptiness and silence — often we do it unconsciously, but we need privacy. On the way to and from work, tuning in public transport from the world, idly looking at the shop Windows, not planning purchases, etc. Privacy is needed to balance our soul.
