How to steam crabs to make them taste great?
Ingredients:
500g crabs
Seasoning:
20ml yellow wine
15ml soy sauce
3g sugar
10g shredded ginger
A suitable amount of vinegar
20ml sesame oil
Instructions:
Clean the crabs thoroughly with a brush. Steam the crabs in boiling water for 15-18 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix yellow wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Heat sesame oil in a pan.
Pour the seasoning mix into the hot pan, simmer until fragrant, and turn off the heat. Add shredded ginger to the seasoning dish, and mix it with the prepared yellow wine sauce.
Prepare another dipping dish with vinegar.
Serve the steamed crabs with the dipping sauces.

Ensure the crabs are thoroughly cleaned.
Wait for the water to boil before placing the crabs into the steamer.
