How to fight depression and anxiety to have a healthy life
Today I will talk about how to combat sadness, depression and even the anxiety to have a healthier life since these factors also affect the health of any person.
I want to talk to you about this because at this moment I am going through a moment of mourning to lose my grandfather a few days ago and I have searched for some way which I have found through readings, some bibliographies. One of the ways to combat that sadness is the PHYSICAL ACTIVITY such as hiking, doing dance, because in this way the body releases what is called the hormone of happiness makes us feel happier in a more calm way.
Another way can be listening to pleasant, joyful music, in no time sad songs that make us cry, they have to be songs of happy messages, that make you relive, that make you feel good. And a very important aspect is not isolated because that makes you get depressed more, you have to seek the company of FRIENDS that make you forget the sadness but positive friendships, you have to look for people that make you feel good and help you alleviate that sadness and that laziness you have.
And finally to do what you like most, be active doing things, developing any task or crafts that you like, in which you occupy your time and distract your mind in that which makes you feel good.
Think that God loves you very much and you are his favorite son and he does not abandon you, because he always trusts in the Amen.
