Tuna sauce
Hello friends of steemit. Today I bring you a rich recipe to prepare a tuna sauce, it is very easy to make, it is perfect to serve in meetings as a snack.
Ingredients:
100 grams of tuna
50 grams of capers in vinegar
2 anchovies
1 egg
1 \ 2 lemon
1 cup of oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation :
Put to boil the egg, chop the capers, anchovies and tuna, then liquefy. then incorporate only the egg yolk, oil and salt to your liking and liquefy, if it is too thick we add more oil.
Then we place the mezcal in a bowl, add the juice of half a lemon and solve well and let it rest for 10 minutes and ready to eat.
