Jojoto Venezolana Cake
Hello friends of steemit. Today I bring you a rich easy recipe to prepare the Venezuelan jojoto cake.
Ingredient:
8 very tender jojotos
3 eggs
1/2 liter of luche
1 tablespoon butter
50 grams of white cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
They liquefy the jojotos then go through the colander in a large cup pour the mixture and add the other ingredients well beat all the ingredients, then place it in a mold and briefly oiled and flour, then pass it to the oven previously preheated at 250 degrees from 20 to 30 minutes.
